Mrs. Heidi D. Sias is a deaconess with Lutheran Friends of the Deaf, a part of the Mill Neck Family of Organizations in New York, and works remotely from Missouri. Deaconess Sias is co-director of the Church Interpreter Training Institute (CITI), and serves as a teacher and organizer. She also teaches for other regional workshops.
